At Paula Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt in their original condition.

Return Process

    Ensure your shoes are unworn, in their original packaging, and all tags are still attached before starting the process.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Securely pack your items and send them back to our main warehouse using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection

    Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
